The TopUpgrade (topup) tool home

This is the home for Topup tool, which is used to monitor what packages in Debian system are available for upgrade. Features include a listing of packages in UI (GTK2), and you can select the packages you whish for upgrade. Also deleting futile packages is possible.

Finally got some time to make these pages and put the first version of topup available for testing. The topup 0.5 is complete re-write of the old one, featuring GTK2 and speedup using python-apt interface while aquiring the info about packages.

Note that this version still lacks a bunch of usability fixes, like threading UI and stuff, and manpage is still under construction... but be patient..:) Thanks to Paavo Parkkinen for pointing out some bugs during the rewrite! Also the deb package might even lack some dependancies, so if you find out something like this, please report about them, thanks. :)
